Rivaroxaban associated spontaneous hemothorax
 is a highly selective direct thrombin inhibitor indicated in stroke prevention, non-valvular atrial fibrilation, treatment of pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis, prevention recurrent venous thromboembolism VTE after elective hip/knee replacement surgery secondary acute coronary syndrome.
